Sony Xperia Tablet Z - specs,features,price

Sony announced the Xperia Tablet Z for U.S. and European markets.The Xperia is a 10.1-inch display with a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution, a quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, and Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and will be upgradable to 4.2.

Other specifications on the Sony Xperia Tablet Z include an 8.1 megapixel rear facing camera which features Sony’s Exmor R sensor, plus 32GB of built in storage, NFC, LTE, a microSD card slot and the device is also waterproof and dustproof.There's also and 2.2-megapixel camera on the front.

Sony claims the Xperia Tablet Z is the thinnest, lightest 10-inch tablet yet. At just 6.9 mm profiles, which is actually a hair or two thinner than the iPad Mini.and weighing under 500 grams.



is now available to pre-order in the UK, Sony has now put the device up for pre-order with prices starting at £399 including taxes for the Xperia Tablet Z.

The 16GB version of the Sony Xperia Tablet Z is now available to pre-order of £399 and the 32GB version of the Sony Xperia Tablet Z is available to pre-order for £449, and Sony’s website is showing a delivery date of between the 12th and 15th of April.

There’s no mention of the Xperia Tablet Z on Sony USA’s online store at the moment.
