A week ago, the CEO of Asus unveiled the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime for a quick glimpse during the AsiaD conference. The Transformer Prime will be the successor to the original Transformer which is still on the market right now. The Transformer Prime will have a quad-core Nvidia Kal-El processor and a fresh new design. The new tablet will come with a keyboard dock just like its predecessor.
The docking area looks the same, but the exterior shell seems a bit more elegant and has a chromed look. People who touched this slate claim it has a refined aluminum look, the camera gets a LED and Android 4.0 runs on top of the Tegra 3 CPU on this product. The tablet also comes with a microHDMI port, a microSD card reader and a custom ASUS interface.
The slate looks a bit thinner,Its debut on November 9th to pass real judgement. Among the confirmed specs right now we have the Nvidia Kal-El/Tegra 3 processor of the quad core kind, possibly 16GB of internal memory, WiFi, Bluetooth, 1GB of RAM and a 5 megapixel camera.
