HCL lunches its fourth Me series Android tablet in the Indian market today at a press event in New Delhi. Priced at just INR 10,490, HCL ME X will go on sale starting today.
HCL ME X features 7-inch 800×480 capacitive display, Android 2.3, 1GHz processor, 2MP front camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage with microSD support, HDMI out, 3500 mAh battery and WiFi. It will support 3G access via USB dongles, so you don’t have to worry about WiFi connectivity everywhere.
HCL has preloaded quite a few apps like Think Free Office, Cleartrip, 99acres on the device to give users out of box usability. You will also have access to ME App Store and Me Connect (to easily transfer content from PC to the tablet).
