Toshiba is showing off a new tablet in Germany that has a 13.3-inch display and runs Android 4.0.
This is a very large tablet, at 13.3 inches in diagonal,with a decent resolution of 1600×900; so we’re probably dealing with the biggest tablet ever at this point. The device was shown at Toshiba World 2012 in Bonn, Germany and just to give you an idea about it, imagine a device twice the size of an AT270 slate from Toshiba. Due to its larger size the Tegra 3 powered tablet will have full sized HDMI and SD card slots.
The tablet on preview at Toshiba World 2012 also features a TV tuner with a retractable antenna,that’s revealed when the need arises. The rather large tablet will reportedly have a 5 MP rear camera and a 1.3 MP video conferencing camera. The AT330 does not yet have any availability information attributed it to it but it is known it will ship with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
