The upgrades to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich continue with the entire Sony Xperia line of smartphones, starting this spring, according to reports. Those say updates may be applied to applied to Sony's Android tablets as well.
In the tablet department, Sony will be updating their Android devices: Tablet S and Tablet P with the Ice Cream Sandwich OS. Currently, both the slates are undergoing testing process with the compatibility of Android 4.0.
The company does plan to add "some really cool unique bits" on top of Android 4.0 especially for its tablet devices, but once again the details of what those additions might be were withheld from us.
Stay tuned as we go for the exact date of the Android 4.0 update reaching the Sony devices.
